These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Dancing Sky Studios ("we," "us") website, client portal, and text messaging program. Dancing Sky Studios is a marketing studio based in Los Angeles, California. Creative, production, and marketing services are governed by the written proposal or service agreement you sign with us; if that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

Using our website and client portal

You agree to use our website and client portal lawfully and not to interfere with their operation or try to access accounts, galleries, or files that are not yours. Portal access is provided for your business only, and you are responsible for keeping your access details confidential. Content on our website, including our portfolio work, belongs to Dancing Sky Studios or our clients and may not be copied without permission.

SMS Terms

Program. Dancing Sky Studios Account Notifications sends text messages to clients who have opted in, including project status updates, appointment and shoot reminders, billing notifications, and alerts when deliverables are ready.

How you opt in. You opt in by verbally agreeing to receive these text messages when we ask during an onboarding or service call. We record the date and the number you provided, then send a confirmation text. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and project schedule.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by emailing us.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our website and portal are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, portal, or text messaging program.
