Dancing Sky Studios ("we," "us") is a marketing studio based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, fill out one of our forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), or use our website, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, and business name.
- Business details you share in our forms: your role, business type and location, marketing budget, timeline, and your business's Instagram handle or website.
- Website usage data collected through analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Metricool), like pages visited and general device and browser information.
- Client materials we receive or produce while working with you, such as photos, videos, and account access you choose to grant.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, call or email you about our services, and schedule a consultation.
- To decide whether our services are a good fit for your business.
- To deliver services, send proposals and agreements, and handle billing for clients.
- To improve our website and advertising.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our project management, scheduling, email, file delivery, e-signature, and analytics tools. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
When you submit a form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta shares your answers with us. We use them only as described in this policy. Meta's handling of your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records, and client information for the length of our working relationship plus any period required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, or to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. To make a request, email llc@dancingskystudios.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of emails by replying "unsubscribe" or using the link in the email.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
